# End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the Vendor governing your use of the Plugin, distributed via JetBrains Marketplace as an add-on for JetBrains IntelliJ Platform products.

## 1. License Grant

The Vendor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install and use the Plugin, free of charge, for any lawful purpose, for as long as the User complies with this Agreement.

## 2. Ownership

The Plugin, including its source code, is proprietary to the Vendor. This Agreement does not grant the User any ownership rights in the Plugin. No source code is distributed with the Plugin.

## 3. Restrictions

The User may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; redistribute, sublicense, sell, or rent the Plugin separately from JetBrains Marketplace; remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Plugin.

## 5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. The Plugin performs destructive Git operations (branch deletion, hard reset) at the User's explicit request and after confirmation; the Vendor is not responsible for data loss resulting from the User's use of these features.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE VENDOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLUGIN.

## 7. Support and Updates

The Vendor may, but is not obligated to, provide updates, bug fixes, or support for the Plugin.

## 8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The User may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Plugin. The Vendor may terminate this Agreement if the User breaches any of its terms.

## 9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
